The Firm

KBA Engineering Services is a professional and friendly engineering company providing civil and structural engineering solutions to our clients in the Jersey Shore area. Founded in 2013, the firm consists of a diverse professional staff ready to help our clients realize their goals.

Joseph Kociuba, P.E., P.P., the firm's owner and principal, received both a Bachelor’s Degree and Master's Degree from Rowan University and is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Planner in the State of New Jersey. He has over 15 years of experience in engineering at the Jersey Shore and surrounding areas.

KBA specializes in residential and small commercial structural solutions including foundation evaluation, framing design, house elevation, wind and shear analysis, helical and timber pile design and shore protection.

KBA also prides itself on providing support services to many architectural and engineering companies in the region.
